Order and delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: Production takes 1-4 working days and shipping takes 4-8 working days.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the delivery of an order is delayed. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? If so, please contact us.

Question: How high are the shipping costs?

Answer: We will pay the shipping costs for the order.

 

Exchange and return

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? Answer: Yes, you can return any order to us within 14 days.

Question: I would like to return an item, what do I have to do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use.

A track & trace code must always be enclosed with a return shipment. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Question: Where can I find my track and trace code?

Question: The track and trace code does not provide any information, how is that possible?

Answer: The tracking information is available from the time your parcel arrives at the shipping company. Please note that there may be delays in between.

As soon as we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 14 days.
